Self-motivated process-based personality,but open to new challenges and learning curves.

I am 39 year old project lead QA consultant.I oversee the day-to-day coordination of a project test cycle. I do both functional , integration testing and support, with a minimal automation test at the moment. I work closely with QA director and dev and functional consultant leads in liaison with Project nander. We run an agile project, and release software build in almost every month while supporting the customer on a previously released build. I enjoy mostly the engagements with customers on the choice of type of testing to conduct on certain builds as a consulting compony.The opens our eyes to streamline the process together with the client. I work very well with my co-workers . I learn something everyday from my job and from the co-workers. I am open-minded to be able to learn from constructive criticism.

Pros: I enjoy new challenges for growth
Cons: Its always important to adapt to new change of working conditions.
