Good learning curve

Not as bad. It's a good company where they given us do many chances to do what it's takes for you to show your skills and learning so many things at once, challenging but as timed goes by, easy to win. That's where I have learned working as a team is most important thing in the company, and taking challenging part will lead you to be a multi- skilled person.

Start with workforce 10 min meeting Switch and make sure all machines are inspected and greased Start production Get all scheduled work from previous day target reports and breakdowns Capture everything on the pc Make sure work force is efficient and productive Daily challenges vary from day to day Love working with different people from different walks of life The human race is the most challenging as you never know what to expect

Good in operations

I learned to operate the machine i was working on in less than 10 minutes.working in girlock is a great opportunity cause you learn almost every machine in there and you sometimes work Ind the assembly.

Cons: 8 hours and above
