Excellent learning curve
The department (call center)t was started with me being the first group,its a small department which they are testing so we are not sure of the outcome if they will be keeping the call center or outsourcing like the previous years. I've enjoyed it as we do get to other projects in different department and been given opportunity to be acting supervisor has given me skills on people management and system skills that are used which i had never used in previous jobs. The fact the its a small department with get to know each other personally and have friend within the the working space. M y manager is a friendly,funny and understanding lady who is approachable and straight forward making it a easy going working environment. The challenges are no body has the skills or experience in running the call center therefor there is no stability when it comes to obtaining service levels.

Cons: there is no assurance as weather we will ever become permanently enjoyed

Fast paced environment
My job is very stressful as there are constant deadlines being chased and targets are always changing. I need to keep abreast of changes and be able to accurately communicate them while at the same time being able to mitigate risks arising from the changes.

Excellent learning curve
I'm a qualified Assessor, Moderator (Merseta, Namba) and Artisan (Fitter & Turner) with more than Ten years experience in maintenance and dedicated work with good training, Facilitation skills, advanced computer literacy and high aptitude and understanding of complex processes and procedures. I'm also willing to walk an extra mile to achieve the goals and have personal influence to start initiate safety in culture. My work has helped me develop a thorough insight into return to the academic world for further growth. It has given me the confidence to pursue a ND ODETDP and kindled a desire to do research. This career with open prospects has given me constant incentive to improve myself and to gain more knowledge.

Beneficial teamwork
I am currently running with four e fuel fleet projects with the total of about 670 vehicles, where we installing wireless device to vehicles for on the road fuelling and home base for the purpose of managing and saving fuel. I do the planning, scheduling and controlling the process for each project, also making sure that my clients are happy with the services I am giving them

Excellent customer service experience
I've learned alot and I've gained so much knowledge in the period I've been working for Gilbarco afs. When I started I was very shy and couldn't speak or handle frustrated customers but I was challenged to grow and learn how to communicate in a better way

Sales passion
Company is sales driven and has very good name in industry. Sales is hard but rewarding with closing ratio of 1 in 20. Need to work clever and hard to make target. Target for last year was set at 15mil . I have learn that planning and preparing for meetings is key to sales. I have closed deals to value of 15mil at a time and have extensive sales experience
