Time to break out of the comfort zone test my abilities

I have been working for the current company for 8 years now and the company has evolved and stretching outside of its own strong filed which is traditional PABX and with that personally I have gained the experience and the confidence to move forward in my career space. I am good team player and will lead if asked to. what I enjoy with my job is the constant change in technology a new way of doing the old way, from analog to digital now VoIP and now the is Wi-fi voice.

Pros: Great opportunity to make change to the new Company and to test my abilities.
Cons: Traffic and no salary increase for the past 5 years
