team work have to prove yourself for years in order to get identified Not much training provided so need to swim yourself up I have learned that you have to push yourself in order to get what you need but need to get recognition outside the company as there is not much opportunities within

Excellent leaning curve for entry level employees

Other colleagues are a nice individual But the issue with the company is they don't want to pay employeess and there's no opportunity to grow like promotion

Pros: Good start for intern
