EUC Desktop Support (Providing support to EXCO, MANCO Members as well as other end users, Repairing various laptops, and desktops, Software Rollouts via SCCM on End User Side, Audio and Visual support, setting up of equipment for Video Conferencing, Basic onsite repairs if needed, reporting of faults to vendors, ensure equipment always operational, Daily Health checks on projectors, Amplifiers and Telephony equipment used for meetings, Multifunction printer setups, Reporting faults to 3rd party vendors, Updating of calls regularly and ensuring no SLA is breached, Making sure all users are operational at all times, Updating call co-ordinators with relevant Information, Assisting remotely for various incidents, Mobile device setup Apple, Android, Experience in Service Desk Systems such as CA Unicentre Service Desk Manager, Installations of VM applications, Windows Operating, systems

Good if you want to get experience in IT

Good to get experience in IT. Don't expect promotions, bonuses, perks, recognition, increases or training/certification though. Won't recommend staying long term.

Gainned a lot of expertise

 TO REVIEW AND REPORT ON THE TEAM’S PERFORMANCE DAILY  TO INVESTIGATE AND IDENTIFY THE REASONS FOR STAFF NOT ACHIEVING OR EXCEEDING TARGETS  TO HIGHLIGHT, RECORD AND ADDRESS ANOMALIES  TO REFER TO THE REGIONAL TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER AS MY FIRST PORT OF CALL FOR DAILY QUERIES AND FEEDBACK  TO ENSURE POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS

It has been great learning curve, I acquired knowldge and skills that i now embedded in me.

A typical work day - my relationship with my co workers is solid, there's frequent skills exchanging - I have learnt great communication skills - enjoy working in a team

Pros: Cultivated my working spirit
Cons: grownth isnt promising
