Good for career start

Good for start up cos the company is still young and finding its feet. Management still finding their feet No proper growth plan for their junior staff. Great opportunities for women No growth for artisans

i am able to work at all level of management and in a team as well as individually i would like to achieve excellent performance in a meaningful job; and to fully comprehend the challenges that are characteristic of a management level in an engineering field, I am eager to learn and grow in my career, hence I strive to reinvent myself and improve on my shortcomings.

Excellent Learning Curves

Our company was established to run one of our country’s big project. In my career path it was the first time working for such a multi cultural company and lead by young people. Being exposed to the world best practices. Working closely to all management levels. Learning a new role.

Learning how to communicate, plan and organising

Working at my current helped to built relationship and to work in a team. For example if there is certain problems on a delivery you need to communicate with everyone who is affected to avoid line stoppage especially in a production environment. What I have learn the most is to communicate problems on time . I have learned also how to plan ahead to avoid non deliveries.

My job as a train test technician included troubleshooting(fault finding).

my job as a train test technician included troubleshooting(fault finding).The job requires one to be able to work in a team which is why i had a close working relationship with my co-workers.I have learnt that no mattter hoe skilled you are there is always somethomg ypu can learn from another person,so one needs to be open minded.What i enjoyed most about my job was the join of solving a problen or fixing a fault that brought productivity to a stand stillwhether as a team or as an indivitual.The most challenging [art of my work is the night shift,having to travel home early morning tired.
