Good placed to start your career at.

Good placed to start your career at. Very slow progress if you want to be promoted though and the salary is not competitive at all. If you are coming in, make sure you negotiate for a high salary, there are no bonuses at the moment.

Excellent

Working for the company is good with normal day to day hours. I get to travel between all our branches to do various IT related tasks which includes upgrades and maintenance. I get assist all end users on a daily basis which ranges from telephonic and remote support to face to face onsite support. I have many daily tasks which includes managing servers and all backups and general maintenance for all hardware and systems.

Great learning experience

I have learnt greatly at all my previous employers. I have built good relationships and feel at ease to inquire something that does not make sense to me, without feeling small. I mostly enjoy the site and all its technicalities and administrations. I am a very enthusiastic individual, eager to learn at every opportunity presented. I had to draw up a proposal to be submitted to the client (government entity).

Normal

A very good environment with friendly staff but not a s good as one expect.Lack of recognition and growth. No value for employees.Old employees get all the recognition and are more happy than new employees.

Pros: Promotion is given to certain individuals with university qualifications and from certain universities.
Cons: Long hours but no overtime payment. Extra effort is not rewarded

Learn something new every day . Sending bank statements to branches Allocating payments contact customers for payments sending out statements and invoices sorting out queries for clients doing journals do g reports for management

Great learning

It is a pleasure to work at the company. many employees are friendly and co-operative. There is an ethical leadership and support for merging employees. I have learned a lot because I did not have experience in the industry.
