Need for growth opportunities

Enjoy working in the current environment . There's a sense of teamwork. Negative part is that there's not.much of room for growth as it is a small company and therefore company structure is quite flat. Would prefer to work at a company with more growth opportunities and challenges.

Small company with dictatorial management Big gaps of salary scales amongst employees Great corporate culture and employee engagement Great service provided to clients Great work ethic Employee personal growth not encouraged Good work/personal life balance, no overtime required

Good work environment

Good work environment, lots of learning opportunities. Opportunity for growth, great support from management. A very nice company to work for mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Ddddddddddddddddddd
