Love what i do

just think i can get more for the effort and time i put in. I do more than 1 persons work. I do the work of a buyers assistent relieve switchboard, do all new listings and is responsible for the monthly promotions.

A platform to learn more

Giant hyper provides a platform to learn about how the retail industry works. It has and is equipping me with the necessary knowledge and aspects of how to works as a team, deal with suppliers, first hand interaction with products end users and how to have a balance between suppliers and end users. I have been fortunate enough to interact with different professional along the supply chain from the supplier to the end user.

Pros: great opprtunity to learn along the supply chain
Cons: long hours

Negotiation skills

I am unable to view what I am typing as I am typing this so please excuse any errors on my side.... Time spent at this company was enjoyable aswell as frustrating. Hours where long and a balance with regards to life was not achievable. Working 7 days a week took a toll on family life. The plus side though was being apart of big negotiations and meeting individuals who were in high level positions and learning from then
