In the process of closing down - a reflection
we used to be a big company with close to 40 people in employ. There was many challenges and we all worked long hours. Often a month would end with a braai just to catch up and relax. But many changes happened over the years and now they have sold the technical division to another supplier in the same industry. The directors are now at retirement age and are now renting office space.We are now very small (2 directors, myself and the PA) definitely no scope for further advancements as the writing is on the wall that the company will close in the first half of 2017. I have learnt to work under extreme pressure and that being tired is not an excuse and that the client always comes first. I enjoyed to be involved with all the financial challenges and the hard work to see the result and to maintain always a healthy cash flow. i will them all, but time changes and I am ready for my next challenge.

Cons: the directors were not always fair and not very easy to work with
