Excellent learning curve

I start work really early to get work done before everyone comes in. Check emails and execute urgent tasks. Recruitment, headhunt, interviews setup, conducting interviews, checks etc. Everyday queries, employee issues, Global data base and placement tracker. Very good relationship with co-workers and Managers, both parties trusts me and know that I have the everyone's best interest at heart. Learnt about Labor acts, Policies, developed peoples skills, Communication skills, definitely planning my day and executing my work on time as your day can be very unpredictable. Enjoy the people, problem solving, help managers with business ideas, trust I gained from managers and employees. Challengers headhunting, has improved as using less of the recruitment companies.

Pros: At he moment it's a very flat structure, myself HR Assistant and HR Manager
Cons: No room for promotion
