An experience that will remain in my thoughts for years to come.

The interesting thing about the role is working with different people everyday who use different systems because of their different roles. It gets challenging at times when you not sure what the problem is but really feel good when you sort out an issue. We don't have a SLA to resolve an issue because it is more important to the company for all problems to be resolved correctly and permanently. I work in a environment that has a lot of youngsters so it makes it really to be in the office making jokes whilst getting work done. And lastly the one thing I enjoy in a day is the fact that we have random occasions whereby there could be a mini cocktail party in the office or an event to bring together all employees. It really feels great to be in an environment where you can be yourself and also perform your absolute best.

Great company to work for with great opportunities for growth

The company is growing tremendously and its great to have experience such a vibrant work culture. A typical day at work is alot of record keeping which is the foundation of our department. It is critical to keep all your ducks in a row. The work flow is always changing and I have learnt to adapt quickly to keep up with the growing pace of the company and workflow. I have learnt alot about time management and attention to the right detail. Things could eaily go wrong if this is missed.

Pros: Alway opportunities for learning.
Cons: No performance bonuses are offered

Excellent learning curve and stepping stone

I have been working from home for the last year (due to Covid). My days are normally very hectic and I work 8-9 hours straight without taking breaks. My work is strictly deadline orientated. I love my team and co-workers. I come along with them really well and we support one another. My Excel skills got so good so within the last year and 6 months. I can also type so fast now that it’s no one’s business! (; I enjoy having a supportive team and working/dealing with people. I also find great pleasure in resolving problems. I am very responsible and find it hard to be micro managed.
