Excellent customer service growth in terms if communication with clientele and Microsoft word, excel

My typical work day would consist of preparing information for clients as the company is always reviewing and creating new medical insurance products for people who cannot afford medical aid. Capturing information such as personal information of the client and registering them as a member of GetSavvi Health medical insurance. My relationship with my co workers was fun and enjoyable although difficult as we would have different opinions and "best solutions" to solve problems. I learnt to co operate with fellow colleagues and acquiring Microsoft skills such as advanced word and excel and outlook ( sending emails on a daily basis) I enjoyed most the feeling of helping someone in need of medical health and knowing that they and their family is taken care of. The most challenging aspect was handling with the volume of calls on a daily basis as a call center the environment is very fast paced.
