I am a self-starter; put attention to detail; communicate well and very energetic. I have acquired more of my corporate experience entirely on customer services and therefore I am able to address different people of different calibres. Furthermore, I have learned how to deal with a wide variety of customers, from the pleasant customer to the irritated. In every case, I assess their needs and how the company can address them most effectively. I am good at understanding the psyche of the customers and hence knowing when to identify opportunities to sell services to the customer. Allowed to express your skills . Not micro managed. Cons lacks funding at critically times.

My current position involves the management of over 100 staff. I am tasked to ensure good governance of our company. Ensure the company makes its monthly and yearly target . Expand the brand further into Kenya. Marketing of the brand. Ensure financials are correct and costs are below 25% per annum. Staff review with KPA. Ensure the company receives local and international funding. Ensure that company policies ,vision , mission are adhered to . Management of the collections dept on all various products. Staff motivation to ensure sales target , cost savings targets , collections target are met. Ensure HR policies are adhered to. Develop new products and implementation. Analytic review of financials , marketing plan , sales plan , collections, staff development, KRA , expansion , product development , adherence to legislation and company policy.

Pros: Development of skills is encouraged. Thinking out the box . Creating harmony and team work amongst all staff . Target driven company with focus on sales collections and costs.
Cons: Development of growth with the company an issue. Employment contract benefits not fill fulled. Funding an issue and lack of assistance from HO is an issue.

Excellent

The environment was not so good but my colleagues made it much easy for us. I enjoyed my work and there was never a time where i wasnt balancing or inaccurate

Monthly duties: - Make sure all my accounts are up to date - Assisting in loading of payments and transfers - Processing of Sanceda Recoveries banks - Saving of bank recons for GBSA, VSS and Sanceda - Saving PDF Bank statements for Payout and 2 Collections accounts - Clearing items on unknown receipts account - Other duties as per request of my seniors Daily duties: - Review and processing of daily fincloud journals relating to loan book transactions and update them on Pastel - Uploading bank statements onto fincloud (FNB Payout, FNB Collections account, ABSA, STD and Nedbank) - Processing of daily cashbook journals, recon and update on pastel - Capturing and recon for Collections 2

Pros: Relocated to different departments in the 5 years period
Cons: Long hours for deadlines

Good company to get more experience but no career growth

I am hard working and results oriented. Very passionate for my work and go extra mile interms of delivering the results. Good at setting targets and benchmarks for myself as well as for my team.

Excellent place to work for.

A great working environment to work in and socialise with colleagues.Great clean mordern office space. Normal working hours and target driven environment. Great relationships building space with colleagues because of the social space we had outside to build good relationships with each other as colleagues.lovely bar and bolcony for that.i would work there again if they reopened our depertment. I love Getbucks.
