hallhallenginh thing is the procurement requirements set up by the national treasury which are very difficult to comply to due to the nature of the work we do.enginh thing is the procurHave good working relationship with co-workers and have learnt to cumminucate better where there are disagreements .I enjoy developing new methods because I learn nwe things and new challenges.The most challenging thing is leading people with different characters, but have learned to communicate their weaknesses and give psitive feedback for them to learn and grow. It is also growth for myself and helping me become a better leader, who is always willing to listen to the surbodinates. Highly motivated and passionate when doing my job.

Im responsible for Municipal health services, which give me the opportunity to work with different stakeholder where ive learned a lot interms of enforcing regulations and legislations in the line of my work. I enjoy my work so much but i believe more in specializing as im responsible for 11 programmes under the services we provide to our community.
