Excellent learning curve

Responsible for fulfilling Court requirements Respectively Drafting of judgments, Emolument Attachment Orders, Sheriff Documents, Section 129 letters and 14 day letters. I have to ensure that information such as Account balances, Plaintiff and defendant details, interest percentage, District, Court and correspondence are correct on the documents mentioned above. Attends to Court queries. Call debtors to complete Income & expenditure sheet if Court requires. Call sheriff Offices to follow up whether Emolument Attachment Orders was served or not. Call Magistrate’s Court to follow up whether Judgment and EAO’s were granted. Making sure all contracts and letters are uploaded on to the system or debtors file.

Learing, great opportunities

what I have learnt is to how you handle difficult debtors, I have to be calm, listening and knows the client is always right. I enjy working at Gvdm because we learn the different department move to another. we like a family with my colleagues. sometime we buy 1 big meal And eat as family we just enjoy one another and respect each other.
