Acquired a good experience

I have learned how to cope with long working hours, specifically to work on certain targets. This has also opened doors for me to come to the understanding of tolerating other people's behavior and cherecter.I have always enjoyed working with people from different backgrounds. The most challenging thing about my job is working against the time which put a lot of strain to achieve good results and excellent quality end product.

Pros: there's no room for promotion, infact it is given to certain idividuals regardless of how qualified you are.
Cons: long working hours without compensation.
