I am a hard working person,.
I am experienced in data capturing/Dictaphone typist for more than 5 years. Admin for more than 15 years. Handled 25 branches's petty cash. I worked for an Administration Manager where I was in charge of salaries and increases and leave and as PA for The Company Secretary who worked directly with the Company Directors. I was in a Quality Control Officer position for more than 3 years . My typing skill is 64+ pm at the present. • Receiving of claims and make the relevant appointments for the Loss Adjuster to interview the Insured, and to finalize the claim. • Get quotations on all relevant items stolen or to be replaced by theft/burglary or water/lighting damages. • Typing of the cover page on the file that the Assessor must have when attending the Insured for the investigation of the claim. • Typing of Reports for Insurance Companies towards claims instituted after assessments has been done by the Assessor (Dictaphone typing). • Sending all finalized Reports with photos and attachments and invoice to the Insurers. • Setup of daily dairy appointments. • Answer and making calls to contractors to make sure the go ahead is given from Insurance Companies. • Filing/fax/daily calls
Pros: In this position I am there is no space for promotion or even increase in salary
Cons: My working hours is from 07h00 till 16h15 - Mondays to Fridays
