Impart skill and information

enjoy a challenging environment and solve customer related issues for them to.be able to.create their own value. The company would be able to.create customer reliability, deal with customer militancy in receiving value added services.

Pros: Reliability in the provision of service is a key component of ensuring image.
Cons: Services need to.be offered in seamless manner thus ensuring meeting of timelines and achievement of set objectives

Working at GEPF was a true, learning experience as it prepared me for the work environment.

Working at GEPF was a great learning experience and it prepared me for the workplace and grooms me very well because i was surrounded by very calm people who would assist me of I experienced difficulties.

Pressure

working under presure not proper recognision two job at simaltaneuosly flexi hours i have leant that i am able to produce more than expected having to report to two different managers repetition of the same work everyday alway sitting in the office

Good learning curve but its time for chnge

We work with pension payouts. we recieve a Z102 form,membership section doea data capturing then tge contributions section does the contributions check/calculation,if the are no arrears found they send it to payment section to be paid.if there were arrears found they send it to back office to reject it back to employee.

Pros: no promotions
Cons: fair working hours
