I hv a right to look for my own safe an safe others (communication is more important to all employees). In a mind or working place wth 50 or more must have a representative. The mine 10 golden rule tht are non negotiable if u fail to comply working at height, convear belt, water an dam storage, safety vehicle, chemical an substances, confide space...every mine wth more or less than 50 must have health and safety representatives. And every employee shold now how to identify incident an accident as well as harzat, hurm,employer ,employees
