Good foundation

Good environment to work in. Broad based service orientated however very challenging. Definitely a company that is very competitive. Good exposure in the industry which in turn provide one with experience and challenges.

If you think you done it all then think again there is a other company with a challenge.

To start a day at Genwest is a new start .There is no day that will be the same.Regretfully to say but damage control and quick ficks all the problems that the sales department luck to complete job cards and release on time put as into speed mode to accomplish task at hand and still deliver all equipment on time and have the ability to accomplish all tasks.For that i must say we have good team on the operation floor. if you have a happy healthy team then the management is happy to.

Pros: To be organised and accurate in what i am doing
Cons: Do not like if people stand around and do nothing( time consuming)
