Insurance was an industry I had never worked in before

Demanding job working for 10 executives. Got on with all colleagues and relationship with cleaning staff was a trusting one. Day could vary from very quiet to crazy busy. When I first started, I wasn't that busy and asked for more responsibilities. I ended up being the go to person. The most challenging was saying no to people.

Pros: Flexi time
Cons: Militaristic management style

Excellent learning skills

I have been in this position doing an outbound consultant. I have selling short term insurance vehicle warranties and service plans . I enjoy interaction with different people ove the phone and exceeding their expactations . In current position I learnt a lot about how handle stress and resolving difficult problems.

Working as a team to reach our targets

Like working hard and being appreciated with incentives as my current company does. we working as a team, we are like a family at work and we all learn every day from each individuals. challeging part is when one is not on a target that yo are forced to come work during weekends.

Pros: will like to be promoted to be a team lead as i have qualities for that

Growing career wise

working at Genric insurance is a very good experience as it helps to grow with the company and learn more on the industry,same as working with the team at Genric as we are eager to learn and so hand s on and love to assist each other its a really good team indeed,i enjoy my work cause i learn everyday.what so challenging about my job is when i have to send clients rejection letter
