Assist customers with technical enquiries and issuing of accurate quotations. •Prepare quotations for customers, with use of price list and internet system and global factory communication. •Ensure the completion of sale process from enquiring to successful delivery and payment. •Proactively follow up on offers made and liaising with customers regarding status of orders and back orders. • Debtors send invoices and collect payments from customers. •Debtors report ever month. •Control and reconcile petty cash •Completing sales reports for senior management. •Filling of all documents. •Source parts required for all non-company products. •Assist with walk-in customers and counter sales. •Assist in deliveries and collections of stock, supplies parts. •Stock control •Order stock for customers from head office weekly.

Excellent learning

Everyday I build panel control for generator and do wiring. Also engine wiring. My relationship with CO-workers is very good. I like working with group because I learn something new from others. I have learn to finish my job card in time. I also learn how generator works. Also learn to trace some fault Finding .I really enjoy my job because I counter new challenge every day. And I accept challenge.

Pros: No promotions at all
Cons: overtime hours when necessary
