Learning is encouraged

A typical day at the office is one that is full of laughter and camaraderie. we support each other when one falls behind. Once a month the team contributes towards us sharing a meal and laughing. Since joining the company I have grown immensely as I have moved to all the processes that we have. I can move into any of them and be successful. I have taken up studies to complete a Diploma, NQF 5, in Payroll Administration Services. I enjoy growing and challenging myself to do better and be better. What I find most challenging is the fact that one can sometimes get set into a routine and with monotony ones concentration can lapse and you would have to dig deep to re-motivate yourself.

Pros: Learning is encouraged. Time with family.
Cons: Motivation needs to be ongoing.

It started out well with promises made.

It started out well with promises made. The company never kept to their word and staff were left clutching the short end of the straw. The overall experience working with the staff was pleasant.

Pros: Great work life balance
Cons: Promotion opportunities are hard to come by. If you do get promoted your salary isn't reviewed according to your new position.
