Pros: I worked as process Associate for Genpact which actually leads me to work as a call center for GlaxoSmitheCline a global Pharmaceutical company as a customer service consultant and consumer healthcare. I relate with different customers through British Telecomunication globally and solving their issues . Logging of different cases with their accurate data and assign it to the relevant department for urgent assistance.

Genpact is a good company to work in

I have a great team of co-workers and the make each day run smoothly. pi have learnt never to take things too seriously especially the talks around the office. I find my work challenging on a Thursdays month end and fortnightly.

Cons: Long Thursdays hours and no room for promotion

Can easily adapt to a new environment and friendly

laI am hard working humble motivated lady. Have learnt so much in the previous company was even given a chance to be a supervisor for the department. And I did well...with Genpact was given a chance to train the new team that will be joining us, I did well.
