Just another day, away, from paradise.

Due to the systematic sidelining and oppressive management style towards blue collar workers, the team has created a family like dynamic. This dynamic enables us keep morale and motivation relatively decent. Professionally I have gained an immense understanding of the Pharmaceutical environment within South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa at large. I have learnt about the importance of humanity and why employee morale and motivation is crucial to achieving optimal efficiency and productivity. I enjoy everything about my job, I am lucky enough to be working in the field that is directly in line with my passion and talents. The most challenging aspect of my job is that I report to a Supply Chain manager that has no tertiary education coupled with a strong desire to manage operations the "old fashion way". I respect that experience trumps theoretical knowledge however it has its draw backs.

Pros: If you happen to be white, there are many.
Cons: If you happen to be non-white, there are many.

I am being humble

Challenging environment ,you have to be a straight forward person . Rather take long in doing something ,do it correct first time .Than rushing ,and still comeback to fix the problem. Do not promise what you cannot deliver. Respect your leaders ,be honest in everything you do with.

Fantastic company. Great experience gained

Good bunch of people, like a family. I’m so happy for the opportunity to have worked at GENOP. There were challenges along the way but managed to come out stronger.

Pros: All the bells and whistles, Company car, petrol card, company credit card etc
Cons: Traveled quite extensively.

Good pharmaceutical experience.

market leader, goo pharma experience. Strategic decision making experience and growth opportunities taken. Direct reports of 4. finance team of 13.. I was a leader that that implemented corporate's policies and leading the teams to efficiency and growth

Expanding my horizon

I am an ambitious individual who has a passion for learning and being able to groom and grow a lot in a working environment, I work well with a team as I believe to give positive results is always from a positive dynamic team which has great respect of the roles and inputs they give

Excellent learning Curve

The environment is okay. I enjoy my working relationship with co-workers. Challenges comes mostly around month end and during Audit period. I have learnt a handful in a short period i have been here.. I am although discouraged by the contract of employment... Probably will go permanent depending on my performance but my senior whom I report to is an excellent teacher.
