The day in the life of sonja smit office manager: first pray for the day tell you workers something about your blessings start the day in a positive way give it your all we work with clients they are most importing people in your day

Pros: To better your self in a way that you will be remberd for the person who change the way of thinking
Cons: Long working ours is not really cons but we must all rember that our worker's have a life and family at home and with out family we are nothing

I like to train the trainee's and help with technical problems. Follow up and advise were necessary.

morning , get together and plan all incoming orders and plan each others work. everybody knows what the other does. help were help is needed and follow up on all clients weekly.take over management and set daily targets and check and reorder stock and follow up on back orders and orders. Relationship with co-workers must be always on trust and honesty. Work together Hard and Play together. Learnt-- Trust and honesty. enjoyed meeting new client and most enjoyable was the difficult clients were you make it . service is the most important factor of all sales. Challenging- when i got promoted to branch manager and filled my duties and given the opportunity to take over other branches .
