GREAT PLACE TO LEARN

A very interesting company. Small team so you get to work on at least one project with the executives and you learn a lot. Great CEO and MD who are more than willing to share information and guide you.

Pros: Interesting projects to work on
Cons: Some projects are pretty repetitive

Fast pace environment, - I worked on a massive banking project,

It'sIts a small company and the CEO and MD are very involved in the day to day running of the business and this leads to multiple delays and cross checking information with other staff members leads to lack of trust.rs

Pros: Fast paced, quick decision making.
Cons: Under staffed and all decisions had to be run by the managing director which created delays.

Career move, learning ability, challenging but manageable, no benefits.

Working at Genex is great actually, co-workers are great we are like one big family,it is a family oriented company that looks after it's employees, it engages employees from time to time, but the most unfortunate part of it I do not have any benefits such as medical aid, provident fund etc. That is a worrying factor for me because I am a responsible family man.What I enjoy the most working here is working independently setting my own targets. The challenging part of it is the minimum resources to achieve my set target,like lack of funding for the project & yet I must deliver the best results.

Pros: There is room for career growth
Cons: The work here never ends,I even work from home & over the weekends.

Good learning curve

I work very good with my colleagues we enjoy working together. only thing I love the is the communication with different people as field consultant. I have learned that respecting is the powerful weapon to stop arguing with people. now I know that to know a person better you must come closer to him or her. As field consultant I experience different treatment from people, some people are rude but you should humble yourself and be nice toward them.

Pros: i can't tell on that side.
