I learned how to operate the machine and welding

we were 22 guys we worked good I learned much such as the machines how does work, respect any one even if you higher than him or her respect must always there so what I liked there is that we were united, but what I ddint like is that the was too much snakes and the rules was not killing anything wen you see it just report, but it was good anyway it is good to work, keeping your self busy meet different people, it is so good to work and I like to see my self working,

Pros: I found experience there, it helps me to work there because I learned many things

Very good and study opportunity,Good salary,house allowance every monthly ,payed leave salary increase every month,management listening proposal from employees,team work with management,safety meeting every day and getting safety topic of the day

Excellent for growth and self upliftment

Co workers are good people and management supports the team they lead and they even can help if you want to do something good about yourself, the most challenging aspects is when you have to go to lunch you have to earn your lunch time.

Pros: Great opportunity for furthering yourself
Cons: Have to work overtimes in order to get something good month end
