Typical day at work
Wills - drafting and amending of Wills, interaction with the brokers regarding their clients will, amendments that may be required. Calling or emailing clients regarding missing information, giving advise when required regarding nominating executors, trustees, guardians and even age to inherit. E-filing of Wills and updating the relevant spread sheet. Credit control - Liaising with the relevant company regarding credit control, requesting recon statements to send to client or broker that doesn't understand why they may be outstanding payment. sending emails to clients stating the outstanding amount, premium and banking details. updating the excel sheet. Debt collections - sending documents to the attorneys with relevant instructions. filing and updating spread sheet. this is my typical day at the office. I enjoy the Will part of it the most, its improved my reading skills and realising the importance of how and where to use your words.

Great learning curve
The company has a great culture and strong admin stuff. However the pay structure is abit stringent and to get to 100% comm is abit though. The desk fee is also abit of a problem, as its collected every month without fail.

Growth
o grow as and individual as well as career wise. Employees get are well taken care of and mutual respect for each other which is important to me.Culture is amazing and there is always opportunity to grow as and individual as well as career wise. Employees get the recognition deserved and are well taken care of and mutual respect for each other which is important to me.

My name is Kubesheni Ramlugan. I have more than 16 years experience within the Insurance Industry and experience as a Team leader and then to a Operations and Office manager. My daily operations duties consisted of Office Procurement, administration to sales team and directors.
