Excellent learning curve

When we busy with a project its usually busy since we have deadlines,however when project is finished its like only call outs or keeping busy at the office.we a solar company and doing new installations as well as maintenance on our installations....WHAT IVE LEARN WAS OPERATION OFF HEATPUMPS AND PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS.IM WORKING UNDER A VERY PROFFETIONAL 3PHASE INSTALLATION ELECTRICIAN AND SOMETIMES HE IS UNREASONABLE .HOWEVER I LEARN ALOT FROM HIM.I HAVE A FAIRLY GOOD RELATION WITH CO WORKERS AND ENVIROMENT IS CHILLED

Cons: not growing much

Learning Experience

It is easier to get close to something that you know.however, the disadvantages of life will never push me out of my lane because my vision and mission is clear, being a Mechatronic engineer
