I have learn a lot. It Awesome.

I have learn lot about how to work team members. We look after each other because safety required that. Safety philosophy . the were training that we did such as computer training , team works , standardised work, quality, 5s, solving problems . at General motors safety overriding priority. He were challenges that we face as team. Absenteeism were we learn to be flexible . working towards one goal it give best results. All that I have in the manufacturing industry I learned at general Motors. I have build a strong relationship with team workers and Co-ordinators and Management. It was so sad and painful moment to hear GM leave South Africa. It was my second home.

I am i am a dedicated engineer who hit the floor running. my passion for learning and development has progressed myself and my team to excellence in our fields. My communication and presentation skills on all levels is well developed. I enjoy applying my technical knowledge and advising on development of projects while handling multiple tasks.
