Hard working and achieved goals
Planning your day and achiving day goals it is vital. Lost of new day changes that will make you lose focus . you need to work well with your co-workers to achieve the goals. hard work does not betray the worker and making strong partnerships. seeing the results of your hard work and making the difference of other people 's lives, changing lives is the most rewarding with my job, but the time it takes to see the results most of the collegues did not get to see and that is challenging about my job.

Hard working and goal oriented
Team player where everything changes at any given time . Need to be pro active and focus at the same time. Planning of the day ,week and year and know what is it you need top achieve.

Every thing is urgent, anything changes anytime. I love seeing positive change in people lives that i contribute to. Working with people who cares about the well being of each other. Travelling meeting different cultures of people in the country. To be challenged in the filled of expect you are not familiar

A good learning spae. Where you are doing your planning for a week,a month to a year. Administration for the organization and self. Program work that will require reports for monitoring and evaluation in the organization and self.

To be able to work with people at high level and making decisions .
I work for a regional organisation with 10 countries with offices , i need to liaison with the office in the programme work , financial work and the human resources aspects. A good working relationship with someone offside it is difficult because they can promise to do something and they don not. they need to rely on your support when ever they need you. You work with them even after hours because you need to make sure you want a good working relationship. the integrity of their work reflects on how you communicate and to maintain a good brand you need to maintain high level of good work and good relationships Traveling to countries is what i enjoy about my but the challenge is to maintain my work and my family life.

Communication skills with colleagues to maintain good relationship
I work with offices in 10 countries where I make sure our monitoring tools are properly used and monI tiring of our programmes is is done. Follow up and five assistance where Needed.. compe a report at the end of the month.
Pros: Get toto work with different levels of management
Cons: My position there is no growth
