Pros: I have gain lot of experience on working with different race and being their leader, working there made me learn more about solving problems that u come across on site, and how to reach a target on what u working with
Cons: Working hours were there when we were behind, we had to work over the weekend and on holidays that depends on how we behind due to delays like weather and any problems we come across while we were working
