It was an amazing experience to work for Gemelli I was learning alot specially more about pastas and doing private functions, it Is a very busy restaurant always full.. it needs a very fast candidate in order to fit in.. I was a senior line chef special in hot section.. doing pan work grilling and assisting running the pass.. that's why even now I'm fit for any challenge.. and I can take pressure while focusing.. i can push in all sections.. with attention to detail.

Working at gemelli
Most of the staff and people at Gemelli are amazing and are great to work with. I struggle with unrealistic timelines and targets due to not keeping “in touch” with what is happening sales wise, globally, and internally. They have odd procedures in place that hamper sales and the general order process. Hi

Excellent learning ground
At gemelli i faced challenges each and everyday first as a admin assistant i used to collect paperwork everyday from cmts for pick up and had to get files on order ,collect n capture cut figures on a system called sync and also grv stock coming into the building and invoice out the stock and rejects.As a receptionist my daily duties was to send out emails answer the phones which operated on man3000 phone system and do pagers on a pa system. intertact with courier services The most challenging part at gemelli was each day was different and you didnt know what to expect the best part about gemelli was the people everyone was different and had an unique style.meeting greeting and getting to know different people was the best part along with many new friends
