Good day firstly I would say it was the most achieving years and I wouldn't call them my co-workers they family and if one steps out of boundary they will be dealt with. What I most enjoy of day if we hit more than our initial target,the most challenging part of my job is when technicians don't take there job seriously, meaning servising machines accordingly if machines are not in working condition how can we put out a good quality product. Thanks for the opportunity and I know that I'll be a great asset for your company.

Excellent comunicating skills
My day starts with a good cup of coffee,I'm always at work 45 min before the time reason for this if there was a shift before I start work I would like to have a proper handover of the previous hours worked,so if there was any problems I want to be the the first one to tackle the problems. Obviously any quality controller feels good about a full productive day with no quality defects. Any operator, checker or boxer I regard as quality controllers because if they see any defects they will stop first hand.

Cons: Longest hours worked more then 12

Gemalto is a exciting place to work as diversity and cooperation is constantly encouraged.
I love working with the staff and the managers. I have developed my skills as in training and implemented career pathing module, Individual Development Program, bursary and Internship programs. I enjoy seen staff develop and grow. My challenge at the moment is that I want to grow more with in my role but the scope does not allow this.
Pros: Training is provided

Excellent working curve. dont regret leaving perm Job for a trainee at Gemalto.
Gemalto is a good working environment, life style and work relationship. i enjoy each and every moment of working for gemalto. the most challenging aspect of my Job is when you have a customer who dont know exactly what they require as you have to interact with them and come up with the solution. and if the solution you agreed on does not provide the out come they require you have to go back to the drawing board.. all in all Gemalto is a great company to work for.
Pros: there is a lot of growth withing the company
Cons: you have to put extra effort to make sure you meet the deadline

Great opportunity for inexperienced people
I've learnt how to manage time and working accurately. Had a great relationship with my manager and team leaders.Challenges were shifs though later I got used to them.

Matric call centre ,HR
I'm working as a data card operator at Gemalto , it's an international company , we working as a team , we have three shift of 8 hours , I have learnt a lot because when I got this job I was working as an admin I didn't know anything about making bank cards , I enjoy every step of it and the most challenging aspects of the job it's when a card is missing , we stop running the cards and we search for it until we get it
Pros: I really enjoy working for this company but shift are killing me as aim a single parents , when I'm night shift my child will be alone in the house
