I was making sho that the shop is clean, every one wears uniform, follow up on them,by checking their duties hourly,receiving stock,stock takes,and doing sectional counts every day,cash check every day doing cash up and banking every day,follow up on out standing payments cleaning the furniture every day,recording the kilometers for the car everyday, recording the daily fuel record,doing promotion To get business data capturing, invoicing checking all the necessary documents that is needed to open an account,if are the correct, making sure that information is correct and confirmed

Very important towork as a team

Leaned more about different people,how to work as a team, because some times they need you to guide them, make sure that they do their duties, how to do prospects, because we thought doing it there will be no business,how to maintain cleanliness how to control the car,because I was using the company car,and the company fuel card,how to order stock, to receive stock, how to transfer a stock to another branches, and how to make RFC, learned more about daily,sectional counts, monthly stock takes,learned about how to make branch targets, how to make profit,how to follow up on out standing payments, how to interview customers and, how to discipline the staff if they don't do their duties, I 've also attended the IR training for three days
