I am a qualified millwright , section 13 trade tested, N6 engineering studies. 11 years of experience in FMCG. I am currently looking for the opportunity since things are not going well within our organization and I'm looking for the stability. That is what I am prioritizing.

Current Work Environment and experiences

I love the fact that I can be challenged every day. I thrive on the fact that I can negotiate and can reduce supplier pricing most times. working in a male dominated environment is also a plus for me as I can prove that woman are also capable of the strain, stress and hard work. I work in a extremely stressful environment, as we have very strict deadlines to adhere to. I generally have a good working relationship with most of my colleagues and an extremely good relationship with my suppliers, as I believe in building a partnership with suppliers. I have learnt how to manage the stress and workload much more and learnt how to be controlled in a hostile environment.

Pros: Great oppurtunity for promotion and travelling internationally
Cons: not been recognised for my abilities.
