A good learning curve

Gebane a good company but with no going forward .one position for a long time . promotion comes only for management .working long hours no bonuses .no increase no overtime.

A good learning curve

No promotion no increase does not listen to employees. Communication between employees and employer poor .no overtime but u work abnormal hours .no living out allowance u get paid as u earn wen u complain they chase u a way.

Excellent Supervision Skills

I am an honest, friendly, motivated person, well organised and used to working under pressure in demanding situations and dealing with people of different levels. I am used to working as part of a team and on my own initiative to achieve set targets. I have a wide range of skills and am used to dealing with challenging situations. My employment and educational background has supplied me with the tools to handle a wide range of work requirements and difficult situations.I always put safety as my first priority when executing any task that is given to me.I enjoy learning new skills and intend to take advantage of any training available.
