I do quality control,quality assuarance and also supervise the factory staff

A typical day for me at work is doing some quality control, quality assurance, health and safety and also supervising the factory staff. I have a great relationship with my co-workers. I enjoy most working with this group of men. They keep me on my feet and I can still learn from them. I have learnt that obtaining a degree does not mean you know everything and that you must treat everyone with the same respect. The most challenging aspect of my job is working under someone that does not know how to work with people.
