GDN MOTOR ENGINEERING Reviews

I'm positive, pleasant & a well-adjusted person, I am ambitious & always strive to know more

A normal working day would start with banking & recon, from there I will move on to invoices, updating systems & capturing data if necessary, answering telephones as & when, making sure invoices reflect correctly for each client, and send to clients where applicable. I enjoy what I do, as I have always in each type of employment I have had, every venture of employment I have had been different to the previous, and I faced new challenges with each. With my current employment I have learned how to do recon, banking, HR procedures & cash books, I have acquired basic knowledge to do wages, including uif, PAYE, MIBCO, etc. The most challenging part would probably be the fact that I do not have knowledge about the Engineering sector (engine parts etc) when in voicing or sending requests for settings or parts, but I am learning as I go. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers, & get along with each of them very well, despite of different races & ages

Pros: My employer is a pleasure to work with, tho difficult at times. I learn new things each day
Cons: Dangerous area (CBD), Salary is not much
