I am a leader, building a leadership team to face any challendges in a difficult economic climate.

With reference to the example I currently work an 11 hour day, not because of logistics, but because I feel that I have a responsibility to my company, peers, and staff. I have an excellent working relationship throughout the company, based on the principle of respect. The business environment has changed in the last 4 years and if a person does not adapt, they are left behind. The staff and people in general. Learning how people operate and their perceptions of their surroundings intrigues me. The commercial relationship between the country performance, client governance, and anticipating what will next affect revenue targets. Doors open quickly but also shuts quickly. The ability to create new doors and new offerings that entice clients in a forever changing environment.

Cons: No opportunity to grow, execpt internally

Good firts job / good starting point.

Excellent staff and co-workers. This was my first ‘big’ job and I’ve been exposed to amazing opportunities and have gained massive project experience. The company culture is very consultancy driven.

Pros: Exposure and experience .
Cons: Not a lot of oppertunity for promotions or personal growth.
