I am more in installing, maintaining and testing for functionalities in IT and ICT Support Technician. I enjoy a lot more because all users understand be patient when i am busy with their machines and they always came back to me to thank for my beautiful work always satisfying them. I have learned a lot including self management, communication skills and disciplining myself in terms of knowing and finishing my duties. i really enjoy it when troubleshooting any problem on computers, because at the end i manage to solve it. I find it challenging when explaining or asking the user in order to find the cause of the problem. and that moment user will try to cover him or herself to become clean, and that makes it difficult for me to find out what is wrong
Pros: working with devices is the most amazing things i have ever wanted
Cons: not easily get used to other workers

DIPLOMA (Networking)
Responsible and creative IT specialist with good morals, whose able to work under a minimum supervision. Man of integrity. Teacher training on how to develop creative lessons on smart boards at the school, one on one session and group sessions. Networking (LAN for the admin office)
Pros: I have been given a role at the school to motivate and guide students with life skills.
Cons: We were delivering services to teachers since our education is diversing to e-learning.

LEARNING
facilitating K53 learners licence and also typing learners name and surnames. not all the my co-workers were good to me, some were pretending to with associate with and while others just normal to me and others as good as a real friend. I have learn that not all your co-workers will be good to you and respect you for who you are and what are capable of, and the other thing learned is in life just ignore people who have bad attitude towards you cause it is just part of life. the most thing I enjoy most is the volume of work it was great cause it makes you co-workers to keep busy instead of gossiping around with what they don't know and I did enjoy that part cause I'm a person who like to work. The most challenging aspect was when I was giving work to delegate my co-worker who doesn't really like me. that was the most challenging aspect cause I had to delegate job and the person who delegating job to doesn't want to listen and I must ensure he or she do carry the job out through the day.

I am a fast learner and a team leader
as i am based at the school i love standing in front of the learners talking to them giving them guidance. I have a good relationship with my colleagues i am a people person my day starts at 7:45 in the morning and ends at 15:00 what i have learned in my job is that you dealing with different learners and their back rounds as some of them are coming from poor back round where there is only one parent that is not working. The most challenging aspect is to help those in need asking for donations from my co-workers to help these kids

Entry level experience
It is a great entry level, problem is they aren't any challenges, mentors are not of that field.problems encounter must be discovered by yourself. Had opportunity to write international Microsoft certified exams.

GCRA good quality for learn NG and work experience. The company was from department of education that give graduate opportunities to reach their and show their educational background through internship.

Great learning Curve(Platform) that also pushes a person to different heights and experiences
It marks as one of the big companies to assist in job placements and offering on the job experience for candidates. Also broadening the level of knowledge and skills aquired.

Change someone's life for better when they have lost hope
We work as a team . At time we go for workshops to help us grow in what we are doing and builds up to our future plan and to better in what we are doing . I enjoy it because I meet with a lot if people and I give them hope that there is something better for them out there . They just need to stand up and look for those opportutinies . Some of these people got the help and lesrnership from the projects as well. We are also given an opportunity to better ourselves educationally because they offer bursaries as well.
