A huge transformation

I have been in the insurance industry for more than 15 years 8 years as financial planner and 7 years in the short term industry .I have a BA degree ,completed RFP1,2 and 3 -NQF5.I completed RE.I have the solid selling experience neccessary for the financial industry.I am currently a client relationship manager and basically check compliance the whole day so that the wealth managers compliance is in order.I adore working with people and have a energentic spirit.My challenge at the moment is obtaining the correct documents from the wealth managers,instead of witnessing others make money ,i would prefer to do it for myself.

Pros: Learning and developing as a compliance enviroment
Cons: Long hours

Learnt a lot in the past 7 months - Build up of short term department

I had to build up the short term appartment, put new codes into place. See to everything: claims, u/w, renewals, new business, etc. This has been an excellent learning curve. Just to confirm - I have only been at this company for 7 months - the field above does not alow months

Pros: Good opportunity, very good learning curve, build up knowledge and confidence
Cons: Book is not really my own
