A typical work day is to get all the workers going or to explain to them what to do on site. Keep them motivated if there is problems. Do quotes that need to be done. Cost old jobs to see what the profit is. Draw necessary drawings. A Good relationship with co-workers keep the business going and everybody motivated. I learned that you can build almost anything with steel. The thing I like the most is to see a job done and everybody is happy. Project that is a challenge is nice makes the end product more special. The most challenging part of my job is to keep everybody motivated.

Pros: Great opportunity to move and settle in a great country
Cons: There is no cons. I am happy but want to move to NZ

I enjoy working there. I have a good work ethic and working well with my co-workers currently i do welding and enjoyed it. I pick up since I start working there the welding is up to standard and no jobs is returned
