Not enough money paid.good company nd getting good experience.good management and everything exciting.great team to work with aswell.very strict in HACCP and follows the requirements of fssc22000.quality is a priority,safety of employees is a priority

Excellent learning curve

I work 6am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and sometime night shift when required. Particularly perform pro-active maintenace with planned maintenace and attend to break downs. With working with other nationals I do not just discover new things in the plant but also learn a nww languag

Pros: Learn new technology since the plant is new.
Cons: Communication barriers.
