Company good for training

Am currently working at a new company called gayatri beverage cans which manufacturer beverage cans.they manufacturer 300 sleek,330 standard,330 sleek,400 standard,440 standard and 500 standard.I currently operator and maintain machine called bodymarker which make the body of a can.I have learn alot and I could like to learn more into engineering

Pros: It a great company to start as a learner
Cons: 12hrs per day

Great experience

It's a fast paced manufacturing environment we aim to make about 3000 cans a minute so you always have to be on your toes. All the machine run on o e single line so we all have to work as a team. If one machine is down the whole line builds up, so we work together to make sure the line runs consistently. Most quality check are done on the production floor to keep a high quality standard but at the end of the day it's all about individual and team efforts

Pros: Great team and great machinery
Cons: No promotions and benefits only go for their own

Working environment not satisfactory

I work long hours and get underpaid, almost 60 hours a week. Relationship with co-workers is not good at all because we don't even get time to know or talk to each other. We are always busy and tired. But nevertheless, I am here to learn and so far I have learned to come to work in time, follow instructions properly, how to operate bodymaker machine and water treatment plant. My wish is to get a better company that will satisfy and give me a better exposure.

Good experience

New experience, and interesting industry. The company doesn't promote any other race but Indians to positions of leadership, the salary is terrible and the perks are not there. The work environment is not conducive for growth, the work culture in terms of safety and employee job satisfaction is terrible.

Pros: Valuable experience
Cons: Long working hours, and no good pay.

Excellent learning

ing. We work shifts 2days and 2nighta and we are off we always reach target at all time. The co workers are the only ones best and we always happy. I learner how to operate machine and that each an every company has its safety rule. The most challenging aspect is wen running 500ml cans because they always fall from the conveyaefhthe
