Creating an integrated multi-channel customer interface of the the most difficult things to achieve. Growing strong collaborative teams and coaching succession.

Excellent learning curve

The company interms of learning is excellent cause you experience different things from raw up until final product. All challenges and solution we come up with as a team. Relationship with work collegues was excellent but relation employer and worker was very bad. The employer does communicate well with employees and the reporting structure is very complicated. I have not enjoy working there due to bad environment and working without being provided of PPE. Overal I have gained alot of experience from this company

Wonderful team

I learnt about met accounting. The company gave me a lot of freedom to work independent and change and improve systems. The team is wonderful. I had to do change management from junior to executive employees and it was a challenge but with a very rewarding result.

High pace very demanding company. Good learning curve with high standards.

Projects are done with attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority with completion of every project. The team is lead by experienced professionals and deadlines are the drive for excellence. Integrity is a big part of the mining and mineral industry and by exercising good working standards, above stated customer satisfaction is obtained and maintained.

Excellent learning curve

our company review salaries in the annual basis,and they give us the bonus according to our performance as we agreed,i have joined the company on the 24th of October 2016 at the mine (Evander Gold Mine) for the project of Gold recovery,currently we are working in midrand where our refinery is located,we refinery precious metals (Au,Ag,pt,pd,os,ru,rh,ir )
