Passionate to my work
I am having a good work spirit within working environment (Team work). I am dedicated to my work (I am energetic, self-starter who has the ability to be proactive), I used to work very hard, seriously, well and accurately under pressure with the skills I have gained some you mentioned them on an advert from the former employers and I’m advanced computer literacy. I am going forward to achieve your goals and objectives.

Learnt risk management as a whole
I have acquired Enterprise Risk Management knowledge with applicable theory in practice as I generalise in ERM at Gauteng Provincial Treasury. I have been working for two different banks for the past 3 years, where I have gained a reputation for being accurate, honest and efficient in everything I do I am a responsible, articulate, confident and highly motivated person who relishes challenges. I have excellent communication skills and enjoys working in an interactive environment. I like things to be way ahead of schedule, thus I always finish my work earlier than expected. My personality also involves face every difficulty in life optimistically, willing to help people and willing to accept advices. Working under pressure and meet deadlines is my strength through my good interpersonal skills and professional communication skills for the betterment of services.

Good Learning Curve
My day to day responsibilities is to to conduct Fraud Risk Assessments; develop/update Annual Fraud Prevention Plan; Fraud and Corruption Prevention Awareness Workshops, Conduct Fraud Detection Reviews and alleged Fraud & Corruption Investigations for Gauteng Provincial Government Departments. Manage investigation projects; assist investigators by providing guidance on investigation projects and write reports based on findings. I mostly enjoy to interact with other officials of the client department in order to learn and get understanding of their environment. The most challenging part of my work is the fact that some decisions are taken based on the political involvements.

Summary
I have more than 9 years working experience internal auditing, my experience which includes auditing of risk based operational audits, compliance, annual financial statements, performance information, performance management and basic investigation audits. I pride myself in being a headworker and honest individual with an extensive academic knowledge and a drive to learn. My personal attributes include leadership and sound judgment as well as analytical, creativity and troubleshooting skills. I am also able to interact productively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent learning curve
Working for the provincial treasury has been an excellent learning curve for me but far too slow. The work load is very seasonal. Some days are very busy while most days are slow. I have a very good relationship with all the other interns and i was fortunate to have a approachable coach. I do not interact much with the rest of the permanent employees but i have a good work relationship with all of them. What i learnt most and i appreciate most is how to communicate formally and liaise with other departments. What i enjoyed most is going to watch the provincial budget speech and seeing all my hard work being communicated to the public. The most challenging aspects of this job is trying to keep busy while waiting for more work to do

I have acquired analytical skills.
It is a great honor working for Gauteng Provincial Treasury, I have acquired skills I will be able to use in my future endeavors,although we provide oversight work to municipalities our job is exciting and education ,but also challenging everyday,I enjoy being at treasury because we learn new things more often and attend a lot of courses and programs,the most challenging part of my job would be travelling to municipalities and attending meetings almost on a daily basis.
Pros: No opportunity for promotion.
Cons: Many long working ours to meet deadlines.
